A: They are the exact same mouse just different listings by different sellers. I would get the listing linked in the question as it has prime shipping mine took about 4 weeks to ship from this listing.

A: Using a device on a platform it was not made for, through a third device both are hooked to as an interface, presents too many variables inviting uncompatibility. Thaty being said, I would guess it will not work.

In terms of aesthetics, build and use for gaming, it goes without saying this is part of the highest tier of mice you can get. That being said, I'm not a gamer and most of my use is for my work as a Graphic Designer. And one thing that surprised me is how precisely I can make slight movements with the mouse to make very accurate and precise movements. Extremely useful for my work and highly appreciated. The ability to set macros on 9 extra different mouse buttons is also extremely useful and I'm still thinking about how I can make the best use of these buttons in every application that I use everyday. In terms of ergonomics, considering that it's not the main selling point of this mouse by any means, I found it difficult to find a mouse that fits well in my hand (larger than average in size) and this just feels very comfortable to use.
