Review: Works as stated. - Voltage adjustment was the exact thing needed to replace the power supply for a 19.5v POE switch for my cameras. It was much cheaper and easier than getting a new POE switch as they are not being made anymore by the manufacturer. Just be mindful for you applications the polarity of the tip!

**Q: Is this unit designed to run 24-7 set at 18.0v output? It is powering motorized blinds,...  and most all of time,  only used 2 times a day.**
A: Hi,This adjustable power supply is powered and is more suitable for powering the device when it needs to be used.
It is not recommended to use it for a long time when the device is turned off, it will have an adverse effect on the power supply.
You need to confirm the output voltage and current of your device. And check whether the plug size of the equipment matches.
Warm tip: The power of the equipment with engine at the moment of starting is higher than the rated power，the maximum output power of this power supply is 48W. It is recommended that the maximum use should not exceed 80% of the full load. If your device specifications match this power supply, I think it will work well for your equipment.

**Q: Can this output negative 18 volts dc?**
A: Not sure what you mean by "output negative 18 volt DC", but if you're asking if it can put out 18 volts, yes. It has adjustable output from 3V up to 24V. All output voltages are DC.

48W adjustable power supply can power equipment with input voltage between 3V and 24V and input current equal to or less than 2A. 
Normally, if output voltage, DC plug polarity, plug’s size meets your device demand and output power is greater than or equal to the rating power of your device. It will work well.Before use the 48W power adapter, please switch the voltage your device need by the control knob.Thanks.

Voltage adjustment was the exact thing needed to replace the power supply for a 19.5v POE switch for my cameras. It was much cheaper and easier than getting a new POE switch as they are not being made anymore by the manufacturer. Just be mindful for you applications the polarity of the tip!

The product is very useful and handy the only thing wrong with it is that if you accidentally set the voltage to high the item you are charging or using will not work anymore
