I purchased these because the price is much better for the same count package (and sizes) as more expensive brands like Nexcare and some other more notable brands and honestly wasn't expecting them to be "better"...I just figured at least these weren't priced ridiculously.However, I am pleasantly surprised at their performance compared to Nexcare and other brands I've been using. The frustration with the cost is that most of these have similar instructions and claims, but don't work as advertised. The other brands I've used tell you to cleanse the area with astringent to remove oil to make them stick better to skin....however...the "other" brands I've tried often don't stick after I've wasted three or four dots. And that's where the "cost frustration" comes in.These were much better! They stick MUCH better than the pricier competition without finding them on my pillow in the morning or them slowly removing themselves from my face over the course of a few hours and falling off somewhere (gross!) and even better....the other brand is much thicker and more noticeable and these were surprisingly smooth and the edges don't show unless you were to really inspect someone's face up close. I've always laughed when I read "You can even put make up OVER them!"....I mean...what? Nope. Not at all. But with this brand I think if you were really in a pinch, you may actually be able to get away with it if it were in an inconspicuous spot. These smooth right down with no rough edges sticking up visibly.The performance (sucking the oil and fluids that leak after squeezing or a blemish opening up on it's own) is just as good as the other brands and you can wear them on a pretty badly leaking blemish for at least 8 hours before needing to change it. These really do help your blemishes heal faster because once they're open/leaky...what normally happens is your skin scabs over the area and then what happens? That's right....you end up with the pimple filling right back up again. Ugh! These prevent that scabbing from occurring so that the blemish can continue to stay open (but protected) while these dots "pull" and absorb both remaining and new oil and liquid from the blemish to prevent it flaring up again. So the blemish begins to heal much faster and without as great a chance of scarring from extended inflammation/infection.I highly recommend that you try these if you've tried the others and weren't impressed....or if you normally spend a lot more on the brands Dermatologists frequently throw around. I speak from experience because my Derm recommended the Nexcare (which is what I'd been using) and has never mentioned these....but these are half the price, work better, look better, and are exactly the same count/sizes as the others.Why 4 stars, then? Because why-oh-why do NONE of these companies offer the ability to buy a 36 count package of JUST the larger ones or Just the smaller ones?? I use mostly the larger ones because they stick better and cover more area and once those are gone I'm basically stuck trying to use the small ones on areas that really require the large. I'd be totally fine with paying a bit more for a package of just the large size so that I'm not wasting half the package. Please someone market the "large-only" option!Otherwise, don't waste your money on the others. These are great and incredibly affordable in comparison! I will be buying here exclusively from now on (and informing my Dermatologist of better choices than the ones she's recommending, too!I'm happy to answer any questions you may have! Despite not being happy with my order, I’m going to be honest and fair with these. I decided to use them for a couple of days before giving my review. I will also be comparing them to StarFace and my experiences between both.Starting with what I liked about these. They work just like the StarFace brand and are way more affordable than them, given that you are given almost double the product for cheaper. I used them along with the clean swipe spot purifying wands that are also made by StarFace. I saw some people saying they didn’t stick well and while yes a few do fall off sometimes (I apply them before I go to bed and do squirm a lot in my sleep), They do not fall off anymore than the StarFace ones. Counting all the patches up I did in fact get all 56 as advertised and they do come in both the heart and star shapes.Now for what I didn’t like. I was pretty disappointed that these did not come in a box. Like most people before me seem to be saying I did not look at the most recent reviews but it does seem kinda shady that all the reviews where people did receive boxes are what are shown up front first. The lack of a box means I can’t look at the ingredient list, meaning I was taking a chance using these on my face. Second of all these images make it look like you are receiving multiple sizes but as you can see from my picture you only really get the one size.Overall, while these do work and seem better priced than StarFace, I don’t know how much I would trust a seller who falsely advertised what I would be getting. If you really want a cheaper alternative to the store brand that works okay and you don’t mind the lack of a box and the fact you only get one size then this could be an option for you. But my advice would be to look somewhere else, there are plenty of other cheaper alternatives on this site. I was actually deciding between this one and another brand but went with this one because it was like 10 cents cheaper.TLDR: Patches work like the StarFace ones. But no box and description is misleading. Overall kinda sketchy. Always read reviews by most recent before buying.

I purchased these patches as a cheaper alternative to the mighty patches. The patches wouldn’t stick to my face unless my face had no moisture at all. I would have to put them on my (cleansed) face with a completely dry surface. This would cause dryness and irritation to the pimple. I will say though that it did work best at night (getting most of the gunk out).

I’ve never tried acne patches because I thought they were too expensive in store to justify buying them. However, this is a bulk pack and they work great! I’ll put them on at night and by morning the pimple is gone or has reduced in size and redness significantly.

You definitely get a lot for what you pay. After using them for a while I can't say they made much of a difference

I have mildly oily skin and the adhesive is pretty weak. It also didn't really do anything in the time that it was able to stick on the blemish.
