Gummies, pills, 5 mg, 10 mg. And nothing works like this spray. I take 4-7 sprays at bedtime (depending on how tired I am) l and am asleep within 5-10 minutes.And it’s a good, deep sleep. If I wake up for whatever reason in the middle of the night, I can almost always go back to sleep. But can take a couple more sprays if I can’t.There’s no wait time, like with swallowing it, and no “hangover” in the AM.I actually like the waste. It sort of reminds me of Cold Eeze lozenges. It’s not strong at all.I’ve had difficulty sleeping for 20 years. I track my sleep and get an averages of 4-4.5 hrs a night. I have a problem! It’s mostly falling asleep, but started with staying asleep. I’ve gone the prescription route, the CBD route, teas, and this spray BY FAR woks best.
