This squat pad is a must-have if you do squats, lunges, or hip thrusts. It fits both standard and Olympic bars perfectly and stays securely in place during lifts. The padding is thick and firm enough to protect my neck and shoulders from bar pressure, but still comfortable without feeling bulky. Before using this, I’d always end up with sore spots after heavy hip thrusts or back squats. Now, I can load more weight and focus on form without the distraction of pain. The non-slip surface also helps keep it from shifting mid-set, which is a big plus. Lightweight, easy to take on and off, and small enough to throw in a gym bag—super convenient.
