Mixed fine into cold water, but was better off after microwaving for a couple minutes. Tastes like beef broth. There was no weird smell. There were slightly different colored particles in the container, but obviously it is the bone broth powder and the collagen powder which seem to literally just be mixed together (not unexpected). If you’re looking for soup, remember this is a supplement. If you’re looking for a collagen supplement, remember it has “beef broth” and may have a beefy taste because “beef broth”. With that understood, this is exactly what I expected with this purchase and the quality seems good for the price. Do not add to liquid, slowly add liquid to powder while stirring. I have only just received this item, so cannot speak for its efficacy.
