**Q: Will this work on tornado soft spikes?**
A: This wrench can be used on every golf spike from Champ and Softspikes .Jerry

**Q: Is the handle made of 'hard' plastic or something a little softer?  I ask because my hard plastic handle fell on the floor and broke - very disappoint**
A: Yes, it is made of hard plastic. I don't doubt that it broke but that should not have happened. If it were a purchase on AMZ you should return it for a new one or your money back. That is unacceptable. JPL

**Q: Does this tool come with a 2 pin attachment? Thanks.**
A: Yes, my kit came with a two pin and "claw" type attachment.  Both can be stored in the handle after you remove them from the packaging.

**Q: can this wrench be used on Ecco q-lok spikes**
A: I don't see why not. Do your spikes have the two pin holes for the wrench to grab? That's how this tool would tighten, the ripper is for removal.
