A: Fresh, or was last time I checked with Herb Pharm.   I have used it for the past year, and can speak to its efficacy.

A: Yes, it does. 0.5% of organic alcohol.

**Q: Does this product include any ingredients other than alcohol and motherwort?  (One of the comments indicates that the forumula has been changed.)**
A: From the back of the bottle: Certified organic alcohol ( 54-64%), distilled water and certified organic motherwort extracted. Gluten-free
