This innovative lightening formula should never be called “bleach”. It's incredibly rich and creamy base is formulated with actives that condition soften and strengthen the hair during processing. Hydrolyzed keratin Chamomile flower extract and sunflower seed oil will lighten all hair types up to 8 levels on or off the scalp.

**Q: Do I have to mix this with a developer?**
A: yes. vol20 if you have light hair, vol40 if you have dark hair. 50/50 mix

**Q: Is this a vegan(plant-based & cruelty-free) product?**
A: I think so most of their products say they are, it doesn't say on the bottle and I forgot if it does in the package it came in

**Q: The instructions say to mix 1:1 or 1:2 depending on desired lift. So which ratio gives you the highest lift?**
A: No, it’s just about what texture you prefer.

The volume of the developer is the only thing that changes the strength of the bleach. Not the mix ratio.

**Q: does this product turn brown hair to blonde?**
A: Yes

this is my go to bleach everytime. it gets my dark brown hair almost white without extreme damage and ive never had my hair fallout too much from it. my hair still feels soft even after using this about 20 times so i definetly recommend!
