Will the patch show from behind - that is, if someone were to stand behind me?** A: the patch is oval, about a half inch or smaller, clear with tiny clear threads, I wear my hair up all the time. If someone were a foot behind you and staring at your ears they would see a bit if you have butterfly backs. With omega backs the wouldn't see it. Buy them, they are great. Better than a ripped piercing. If you already have a ripped piercing, they will hold even heavy earrings in place.
