We explored several other types and brands, but this one worked best for us. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Replacement I Have Found So Far *by B***N on December 8, 2015* In 2010, I bought my favorite toe caps from Foots Smart, very "cushiony", great for protecting sensitive toes/toe nails during exercise. Held up well over time. Unfortunately those are no longer sold. Those were about 1/8" thick. These seem to be a little more than half that thickness, but they are the best replacement I have found so far.
