What you do smell is pleasant enough and unisex, although I doubt anyone will notice. Texture: It is a bit thick but silky and spreads well throughout the hair and scalp. Rinses out cleany and simply-- much easier than many other conditioners. Thickening and Health: My hair appears thicker after use. It also is crazy soft and seems much healthier than it was prior to when I started using the Evolis products. Protip: This conditioner is fantastic to use *in place of* shampoo if you shower daily but only wash your hair 2-3 times a week as to not strip the oils from your hair. Drawbacks: It is a bit pricey for the amount of product you get. However this is hands down the best conditioner I have ever used.
