Does the trick, looks and feels flimsy but it works 10/10 to SMOOTH skin out

I ordered this because I was advised to exfoliate my shins to keep the hair follicles from getting inflamed. I had been using a natural pumice stone, but didn't want to crack my bathtub if I dropped it. Well, this artificial pumice will definitely wake you up in the morning. I have to use very light pressure or this thing sands my skin right off, which is pretty painful for several days while it heals. They say it's gentle enough to use on your body but I really wouldn't recommend it for anything other than the toughest parts of your feet. I can't even touch my elbows or knees with it, youch!!

The description says it's good for "feet, body, hands." My intention was to use this to exfoliate my legs and arms. It is unsuited to that purpose, being far more abrasive than the pumice stone I use on my feet. It is so abrasive, in fact, that I don't believe I would even use it on my feet. And I'm not going to say there's no coconut oil in it, but if there is, you can't tell by the smell or feel of the stone. I'm only sorry I can't give zero stars.

Have only used it once will be using it again

I like that it's made out of something other than stone, yet is still rather durable. I am very happy that it is made in Japan and not China.

I can't say that I notice the coconut oil BUT this is the best pumice stone I have ever owned. It makes your feet baby soft and smooth.
