Review: Actual operation of a good relay assembly. - This is an excellent product. I ordered it to build a trailer light wiring and bulb tester. It worked as described. As with any relay it uses milliamp input to activate the coil but can deliver 10 amps in and 10 amps out through the contact points. If you follow the wiring schematic it works like any relay. Programming is also straight forward. Someone claimed it would only carry milliamp output and that is INCORRECT. It carries the current to my trailer lights with no problem and they are incandescent lamps drawing around 3 amps per turn lamp. It also carries my electric brake circuit drawing around 6 amps for two brakes. The issue is you have to wire the input hot feeds to each relay NO contacts and the COM to the necessary output feeds, in this case my lights. I'm an ASE Master Certified technician and have been for 35 years. I have also wired a new home for my son this last year and past all electrical inspections so I know a little about electricity.
