It's small enough to store with your canister stove too. I didn't think much of the landyard at first but it has a use: loop around your hand so you can "drop" the igniter once the stove is lit without letting Sparky fall into dirt or snow, leaving your hand free to put your cookwear on the now-lit stove. I will edit my review once I have more long term reliability data but because of Optimus' warranty, you should always be able to get a replacement if the igniter fails. ## Features - Quick & easy push-button Ignition - Doesn't use flammable Fuel - Gas intake holes for safe lighting - Works with canister & liquid Fuel stoves - Ergonomic design ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00F5EUXDK | | Brand | Optimus | | Brand Name | Optimus | | Color | Unset | | Colour | Unset | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 898 Reviews | | Fuel Type | Electric | | Fuel type | Electric | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00604375189133 | | Included Components | Stove Lighter | | Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness | 7.1L x 2.5W x 1Th centimeters | | Item Type Name | Sparky Piezo Igniter | | Item Weight | 0.04 Pounds | | Item weight | 0.04 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Katadyn | | Manufacturer Part Number | 8018913 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 2 jahre herstellergarantie. | | Material | other | | Material Type | other | | Model Number | 8018913 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Style | Canister | | Style Name | Canister | | UPC | 604375189133 709317729368 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Optimus - **Colour:** Unset - **Item weight:** 0.04 Pounds - **Material:** other - **Style:** Canister ## Images ![Sparky (Handheld Piezo) 8018913, One Size - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61aXYUUYCZL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ok *by M***Z on 11 April 2025* Ok ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little piezo igniter! *by A***R on 25 October 2016* I've been on several multi-day camping trips with this little igniter and have no complaints; it sparks every time and is just long enough to prevent scorched fingers.
