This is the only mop I will use in our building. Strong and sturdy, and when mopping, floors dry fast.This is my third mop in 11 years, and wouldn't change it.

This mop will last for decades. It’s not cheap however this is the last mop you will buy. Construction and engineering is top shelf. Nothing about it is difficult to master or use.Great for hardwood floors because you are not throwing down a ton of water on the floor.

I haven’t had a problem since it was received and use quite often. Is light and I don’t have to worry about things crackling or breaking off. I do recommend this product.

Very strong I highly recommend!

It works great for the first few months but then begins to break down with the foot pump agitator where it either the flimsy coiled spring breaks or ceases to spring back thus rendering the hands free agitator and spin feature useless. It looks like a heavy duty well built mop but it's all plastic parts with a flimsy coil spring that will snap in two over a course of a few months, if you press to hard on the foot pump. I have bought 2 of theses mops in a span of 2 years and this mop is simply not worth the much higher price you pay for a so called "heavy duty" industrial grade mop. Very very disappointed.

We have pets, kids and tiled floors, so a good mop is essential, which this was until it started breaking. First the mops spin mechanism went. We didn’t think it was too big of a deal bc we still really liked the bucket. Then we started noticing water around the bucket and at about the same time the foot petal spin mechanism broke. It would spin but spin back. Then there was a LOT of water on the floor. The drain mechanism failed. The way it’s made makes it quite easy to fail. In the past we would buy the cheapest spin mop bucket combo we could find and they all lasted an average of 3 years. I was really excited about this upgrade but it failed miserably in the first month. Maybe we just got a lemon, it can happen, but with pretty much all movable parts failing unlikely. The only thing that stood up to any use was the dolly under it. I can not recommend this mop bucket.

El problema es que trabajo a sitio y algo paso el pedal dejo de funcionar muy rápido

Love this product if only it were made better in these 3 areas. When peddle goes out or pole doesn't hold it's lock position the 3rd issue is the water release dispenser attends to leak it sticks out to far so it will easily wear and cause a leak. I will be purchasing another because regardless it's still better than other's I've tried.
