Where is the problem? the phone or the charger?** A: Dear customer, please kindly note that all the NANAMI products are protected by one year warranty and you just need to send us an email, we will help you fix the problem right away. Our friendly customer service professionals are always standing by to help. **Q: will this charge through my case?** A: I have a Samsung S6 with an otterbox defender case - it charges fine but I need to push with one finger just below the button on the bottom of the phone to get it to start charging after placing it on the charger - maybe that is just the slight distance it needs to work - happy with the charger. **Q: Will this charger work with galaxy 6 and 7 active phones?** A: I can't say specifically about the Galaxy 6, but I have the 7S with a rubberized case...works fine through the case. I guess (although I would have to find a 14 year old to ask the technical question to), that as long as the phone support external charging (there is a setting on the phone), then it will work. It takes about 2 hours for my phone to go from 65% to 100%. **Q: Will it charge the new galaxy z fold 3 5g?** A: It should charge any phone even with case. I havenSamsung Note with case and have purchased 2 of these chargers for different rooms ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zu empfehlen! *by C***R on 15 June 2026* Macht dass, was es muss- Laden!! ### ⭐ Besteld en betaald van telefoonhouder. *by J***E on 19 January 2025* Besteld en betaald waarbij de levering onderweg was op genoemde tijdstip.
