Can this work on low pressure AC ?

I would not use a repair item on an AC line. Best to use new parts. Also may not be legal in your city/state because of the freon

Will this product hold securely to wrap around a car muffler?

Not a chance. I haven't left a 1-star review, but this was horrible stuff. I'd previously ordered and applied another product which seemed to perform well: for a couple of weeks. And being an otherwise fan of J-B Weld products I gave this a go. It was both a PITA to use and lasted one drive. My muffler had a hole, though not from rust, but to sufficiently wrap this around a muffler and seal you need a good 4-5 kits (I wrapped 4). I ultimately had a weld patch done on the muffler—which I should have done from the start—but was sold on different DIY crap. This product may be fine for a pipe leak, but if you are looking to seal a muffler leak, don't. Cheaper to fix the muffler.

Will this work Cast iron water pipe underneath a clamp?

do not know- probably by coating some fiberglass fabric wrapping it and then clamping. I would try it
