Review: Great water for a great price! - I love our water gravity system. Use to have one that sat on the counter but required electricity. This works so quick. My only regret is I wish I would have gotten a bigger one because we drink so much water. The water tastes so good as well. It so so easy to use. Put the filters in and put it together. Pour in the water and let it do it job. You can use it as it is filing.

They have never had problems with theirs. I never had problems with mine until i washed the filters after i had it for awhile. For some reason the filters became moldy after i washed them. It may have been because i didn't dry them thoroughly or maybe i wasnt supposed to wash them, or washed them wrong? I tried washing the mold off but it left white residue on the filters. I contacted customer services and Krystal replied to me on the same day I contacted them. After asking me a few questions she requested a picture of the filters. she then sent out new filters to me right away, with a tracking number and i received them in the mail within a day or two. I rarely submit a review, but I am so impressed with the product, and especially with the support of customer service. I have never experienced customer service this speedily. I recommend this product, waterdrop gravity water filter system, if you want good tasting and safe water. I don't think you will regret purchasing it.

**Q: How long does it take to filter the water?**
A: from the time I add city water to the upper chamber I'd say it's completed within 30 45 min.  Be aware there's still about an inch of water left in the bottom of the upper unit.  The bottom of the filter sticks up that high.

**Q: What is the water filter’s height? Is it suitable for use in the kitchen?**
A: Approx 20” high for the filter unit and with stand approx 26”.  Soda can for size

**Q: Where do we informtaion on what this filter does/does not remove in our water?**
A: I was not able to find anything on this issue for waterdrop filters

Fantastic and provides great tasting water. Easy to assemble once you READ THE DIRECTIONS 😹 & soak the filters. I bought a really cute stand for it and it looks nice in the kitchen. It holds about 150 ounces of water.
