I eat a LOT of rice waffles every day, this flour helps me do that. I do mix it with Anthony's Brown Rice Flour, some protein powder, & baking powder. I use a Belgian waffle maker with some cooking spray, otherwise it sticks BAD. But the recipe I've put together gives me thick, fluffy waffles! I've also used it for baking cookies, muffins, & pressing crepes for tortilla substitutes. It's not going to be as fluffy & crumbly as other flours, but I'm not allergic to this one so I'm happy! 😀 The bag is smaller than their brown rice flour, which is a little disappointing to me with the price. But it's gluten free!
