I need something that provides shaping and support without underwires, not just thickness. All these round and small triangles just don't cut it at my age. These are large enough they cover the whole breast, not just perky little round ones. They are thin enough to work and shape without being obnoxious. They are good additions if your bra cup is just a little big. They are awesome, the best ones for bathing suits. If your suit allows you to add pads inside the bra cup fabric, these are exceptional and if not, they will still stay put just slipping them in the cup.

This is perfect! After a unilateral mastectomy and subsequent weight loss, I needed a pad to make up the difference in the two breasts. This is well-made and is most comfortable! It has a bit of push-up, but not too much. Very happy with this product!
