**Q: Could someone please clarify, "arrow weight have to more than the poundage of the bow multiply by 0.6 " if you multiply by .6 you get less weight?**
A: It's easy...just do the math. If your bow is let's say 30# @ 28"  your arrow must have minimum weight of 30 multiplied by 0.6  30*0.6 = 18 grain. 
Now if your draw length is 30" you must realize your draw force will increase, roughly 2# /inch.
So your actually draw force will be 34# @30" thus you will need your arrows 34*0.6 = 20.4 grains, and also a greater arrow spine.
You must account for your draw length and estimete the force of the bow at your draw length and all this will influence your arrow weight and spine.

**Q: i need a 40lb bow with 26"draw will this bow work?**
A: When you order you can specify that you want 40# at 26". Or order a 45# bow that will then be weaker at 26" draw. IMPORTANT: They will measure draw length from front of handle as is traditional. For compound bows they usually measure from 1.25" in front of the handle so if you are used to that way of measuring then you basically have a 27.25" draw and so you are already close to the draw at which they measure...

A: 417gn minimum arrow weight for a 45lbs bow, I would say. - I have the bow with 30lbs draw weight and that requires a minimum arrow weight of 287gn. The best brace hight would be 17cm.
