For the current 2021 models being sold now, this keyboard cover will work on both the 14 and 16 inch models. **Q: Will this be compatible with the m2 macbook air (2022)? looks like an identical keyboard with the 14" pro** A: Hello, Yes, this is compatible with the newest MacBook Air M2. Customer Services UPPERCASE Designs **Q: How do you prevent these from lifting at the center of commonly used keys? It's only been a few days and they are doing this and marking my screen.** A: Included in your purchase are adhesive stickers that can be used to prevent lifting. Please contact us if you have further questions about the adhesive stickers. **Q: If I close my Mac with this protector on, will it leaves some keyboard marks on the screen?** A: I do not understand how the Seller and some of the other commenters can say the GhostCover does not leave marks on the screen. It absolutely has left marks on my 2020 13" MacBook Pro. The GhostCover may be thin enough that it does not touch the display when it is new, but after using it for awhile the whole cover begins to puff up above the keys, causing marks when you close the cover. UPPERCASE recognizes this problem and includes double-sided stickers with the new GhostCover "in case you find the covers starts to stick up above some keys". Actually, it sticks up above all the keys and there is no way to hold is close to all of the keys as the GhostCover starts to puff upwards over time. I just bought a new MacBook Air M2 and I am not going to use this "protector" because I am sure it will leave marks on my new Air also. ## Frequently Bought Together - GhostCover Original Premium Ultra Thin Keyboard Cover Protector, Compatible with 2025 2024 2023 2022 2021 M4/M3/M2/M1 Pro/Max MacBook Pro 14/16, M4/M3/M2 MacBook Air 13/15, US ANSI Layout, Clear - UPPERCASE GhostBlanket Screen Keyboard Imprint Protection Microfiber Liner and Cleaning Cloth 13" Compatible with MacBook Pro 13" 14" and MacBook Air 13" 15" --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/388176464-ghostcover-original-premium-ultra-thin-keyboard-cover-protector-compatible-macbook](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/388176464-ghostcover-original-premium-ultra-thin-keyboard-cover-protector-compatible-macbook) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
