I ordered the multi-size pack because I was unsure which I needed but the middle size seemed to do the trick. I have not tried the smallest one yet. They are foam so you can actually squeeze it down, then put them in your ears, and they will fill your ear socket! They actually sometimes got stuck in my ear, and they would slip of the ZS10s. I ended up putting a little bit of super glue on the inside of them to attach them a little better to my ZS10s.
