## Description

Product Description During World War II to counteract powerful German tanks such as Tigers and Panthers, the M18 tank destroyer developed by the US Army is Hellcat. The open tower with a focus on search power is equipped with a powerful 76 mm tank cannon. To secure the space in the turret, the main loading part of the gun has been arranged with a 45 degree rotation around the barrel. In addition, the compact body is tracked for weight reduction, automatic transmission and torsion bar suspension are also introduced in the US tank for the first time. It demonstrated a top speed of more than 80 km/h thanks to a star-shaped 9-cylinder petrol engine mounted on the rear of the body, and boasted of the fastest tracked vehicle in World War II. Hellcat production began in July 1943 and reached its first appearance on the Italian front in 1944. After that, he was sent to Northwest Europe and to the Pacific Front, defeating German tanks one by one with hit-and-away wars using high-speed performance and firepower.
