I learned you have to be gentle with the reamer as it can be too aggressive and cut too deep if not. It feels like great build quality. The only thing that absolutely frustrating me is the spring retainers that pop up to keep the actual flare part from separating once you connect the tube gripper with the flaring head. So frustrating to get it off but I have not read the manual so I would not be surprised if it's super easy.
