Jelly Belly Gift Bag, Licorice Bridge Mix, 6.75 oz.

This candy arrived and it was discolored (as if it had melted) hard and all stuck together! I tried 4 times to get help with refund/replacement/return with no success. The automated response is terrible and does not response correctly to what you type in.

I purchased these for my husband; he has always like licorice from when he was a child.I love Jelly Belly; I could never find the licorice mix or even plain licorice jelly beans for himin the stores where I live.I should have purchased a couple of bags.No matter, if need be, I will order some more.

I love this product, and I'm wondering if somebody in your warehouse doesn't feel the same way? Can't say I blame them

These are some of my daughters favorite candies, I ordered this little bag to go with some other small gifts on her Birthday, the bag arrived intact but very beat up looking. Not what I expected to be gifting someone with. I gave them to her and apologized for their condition. She said that they were yummy and fresh, just beat up packaging.

Very good and giftable. There's a larger but less expensive bag/oz if you don't want to pay for the nice bag.
