They are blinding if you drive toward yourself. **Q: Will these handle 3s without causing a fire or getting really hot?** A: I have no issue on 2 or 3s, your ESC should manage the voltage/amps. **Q: What is the wattage of these lights? or the amperage they pull from the bec** A: The bec will automatically regulate the power needed to light up the light kits. It won’t be enough to notice any drain on your battery. On my Axial SCX10 iii I have these lights, a roll bar light kit, the headlights and taillights kit, and front bumper lights and they don’t drain the battery enough to notice any performance loss of the system. Like I said before the bec regulates the amount of power to all these lights. The Bec is a 7.4 v. running off a 3s battery. **Q: Will they work on a 12volt system?** A: Since they run off the receiver box i think any voltage is fine. I have the lights on a 4s truck and 2s truck.
