Review: Krav-Maga instruction - This is a great book for people that wants to not only get in good shape, but learn the worlds most dangerous and ez to learn martial arts program. This is what the navy seals and the secret service are learning for self defense. This book takes you step by step in to the world of krav maga. The book shows you how you don't need special skills or great strength in taking down any attacker that you may encounter. It uses basic movements with your body to take out any one that tries to bring harm to you or your family. I highly recommend this book and the series of krav maga books from this author. This is great for the whole family. Age is not a problem when learning krav maga. More and more family's are taking up krav maga training in some form or another. This book is a great way to start a great program. It's also fun too. I'm 50 and I love this style of martial arts. Being a practitioner in Kung-Fu. I can say that krav maga is the way to go for self defense and all around fitness and training. Review: Great Addition To Other 2 Krav Maga Books - The other reviewers cover almost all of it. I've been studying Krav Maga for about two years and have not reach black belt level just yet. But, its good to see whats next so, everyone can get a good idea what the program is going to be like from start to finish. I think its a good book, very well writing like the others two. Its does have a few type-o's but, nothing major. The part that discusses laws and when to use force and how much force to use will probably be the only reason this book will get bad reviews. But, the fact is, that most people have a problem with the laws about using force not the book itself. This book is just telling you that even though you may one day have to use force and fight for your life, does not mean that you won't end up in jail for saving your own life. Sucks but the book does not make the laws, they are just the messagers and please keep in mind that every state is very different. Somethings are allowed and no problem in one state can carry up to a year or more in prison in others. That basically what that whole section is saying, just know your laws and be carefully!!! Buy the book if you don't own the other two, get them first. This will make alot more sense after you have read the other ones. Hope this helps... ## Features - Used Book in Good Condition ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #1,455,621 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #1,091 in Martial Arts (Books) #5,930 in Exercise & Fitness (Books) | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 168 Reviews | ## Images ![Black Belt Krav Maga - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71rdMsrtk0L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Krav-Maga instruction *by R***R on May 12, 2013* This is a great book for people that wants to not only get in good shape, but learn the worlds most dangerous and ez to learn martial arts program.
