It's very convenient to hold about 3 things. For me, that's my iphone XR, inhaler, and a single key. If I try to put more than that, it's not only a little too tight but also too heavy to run with. The water bottle is awesome. Easy to pull without losing pace. Strap adjustable and stays fairly well. I have to adjust it before each run and maybe 4 miles in. Not as comfortable to wear on the back because it moves more, but I like keeping it in front of me for easy access. No headphone space, but that's fine as I just leave the zipper a little open. Great color -- much brighter than the picture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice. *by R***2 on May 3, 2018* Nathan Swift Hydration Pack is fine but bounces around a bit when running. I wear this hydration belt a lot to run in and it does fit my IPhone8 should I want to put it into the zippered pouch. The water bottle is very nice and good for a 5 miler. The belt will not stay where I adjust it so I had to tape it. It won’t fit an IPhone 7 Plus with a slim case. It will fit without a case. I do like the curve design of the way the water bottle is positioned.
