Product description EasyFlo Liquid Plastics are excellent for casting decorative objects, production parts, tools, models, duplicate masters and more. EasyFlo systems consist of two parts (A and B) that, after mixing, quickly cure to tough polyurethane plastics. Since Parts A and B are super-low viscosity liquids, they are easy to mix, provide excellent detail penetration, and make bubble-free castings without vacuum degassing or pressure casting techniques. Rapid demould times make EasyFlo ideal for high-volume, fast-cast applications. EasyFlo 60 pours like water, so making bubble free parts is easy and fast (2-min working time, 10-min demould). Also with the fast setting time it only took 20 minutes to do all the layer I need, which is great. Was very easy to sand down, so easy to get a smooth finish, very please and definitely going to be my new Go-TO for my casting.

**Q: whats the release agent for this chemical in plaster is it vaseline or oil or soap? also i added pigment into this resin and it went white is that nor**
A: I used it to cast in rubber and didn't use a release agent. Not sure if that helps. 
Yes it does turn opaque and white once cured.

**Q: will this work on a lathe? want to make a bowl - resin mix**
A: Yes to a certian degree, you have to turn much slower than with an epoxy resin, for the Easyflo 60 liquid plastic has a much lower burning point then the epoxy resins, also the Easyflo 60 will cure white in colour, we have full email and telephone support if you wish to discuss in depth suitable resins for your project.

**Q: Does this product set completely clear?**
A: Hi,This product cures white as per product description.

**Q: other than a vacume chamber, are there other methods for reducing air bubbles when using this product?**
A: I don’t use any kind of vacuum chamber. I pour into a silicone mould using a spray releasing agent and as the easyflo 60 is of a very low viscosity I find I get almost no air bubbles at all. Some people spray the releasing agent over the poured easyflo before it is cured to break the surface tension. I hope you find this useful

Why did you choose this product over others?: I wanted to try a new plastic for making my helmet casts and this stuff is great it was exactly what I was looking for!! , has some flex to it, but is brittle enough to snap away most of the excess from the cast. Also with the fast setting time it only took 20 minutes to do all the layer I need, which is great. Was very easy to sand down, so easy to get a smooth finish, very please and definitely going to be my new Go-TO for my casting.

I usually use SG2000 resin, but thought I would give this a try. It mixes very easily with no bubbles, the working time is longer than SG2000 as is the curing time, and it seems to be much runnier, so it finds every crevice. The finished casting is white, maybe a bit creamy - whereas the SG2000 is ivory coloured. It is less brittle than SG2000, so demoulding is easier and the product is less prone to breakage.
