I didn't have a disk either. However I checked Tecknet's website and you can download the software and manual from there. I've just installed it now. It appears to be software used to load and save settings and profiles. Mine has stopped working** A: Chances are there will be the standard 1 year warranty on it **Q: Can you change the accuracy? I haven't seen people complaining about this but my mouse seems off, like where I'm pointing it is not where it goes** A: It took me a bit of playing about to get it to move comfortably. One of the top buttons switches the DPI which gets it close, then adjusted in windows for the finer adjustment.
