I have little doubt that it can stick wallpaper, but the efficacy will depend upon what you are hoping to stick the wall paper. You have to remember that super-glue's setting and strength of adhesion depends on a pair of clean surfaces, i.e. if the wall upon which you are hoping to stick the wall paper is clean (dust free, etc), and the wall paper is not very absorbent and clean (so it leaves a good layer on the glue on it's surface as opposed to absorbing the glue into it's body), then you maybe onto a winner. I personally recommend for such tasks to use a glue which is less brittle when it sets, such as wood glue, or epoxy resin, or just good old wall paper paste. Having said all that, I do believe if you were intending to stick a piece of wall paper onto a glass surface (for example to leave a note on someone's windscreen informing them to not block your driveway, as it's really annoying and make you want to shout rude names at them if you ever saw them, but you never see them as they are too quick in getting away from your drive way when you are not looking!) then for this purpose I can imagine it will work perfectly well, leaving a portion of the paper which will be difficult to remove on the glass due the the excellent adhesive properties of the glue, but remember to clean the glass prior to 'leaving' your note, as a clean surface is a sticky surface! **Q: Will this glue the bumper back on my wife's car?** A: You may struggle with a bumper onto a car I'm afraid. The issue you have here is that the glue itself is designed more for sticking small objects together as opposed to something as heavy as a bumper onto a car. The other issue is that the glue is a rather inflexible consistency when set, as a result when the car goes over a bump the energy of the movement of the car will be translated directly into the adhesive layer, and with no flexibility in the glue it only increases the chances of the glue layer fracturing and breaking apart and thus the bumper once more giving under the strain of gravity. For your bumper attachment activity I recommend either something which can be applied in larger quantity with flexibility - such as bathroom sealant or a more mechanical retentive option such as duck-tape. Personally I would go with duck tape. As always, ensure both surface you are hoping to stick to are cleaned first. The other issue with using super glue for such a task is that you may damager the pain work of the car, as the glue contains a strong volatile solvent. If however you wished to use the glue to leave a note on that annoying car driven no doubt by the local drug dealer which keeps parking across your drive, but you are not able to see the person to inform them that this is unacceptable and very inconvenient as they seem to only block your drive during the hours when you are either going to work or wanting to run urgent errands, then this glue is very suitable. The precision nozzle is perfectly suited to a smooth and constant flow of glue which you can use to scribe a polite message on any offending car's paint work informing them of the predicament their parking has placed you in.
