Q: What is the maximum tyre width supported? I have a 29+ bike with 3.0 wide tyres.

It fits, no problem with 3.0 "wide tyres

Q: This says 3 / 4 bikes will it fit 4 adult bikes and then drop smaller for less bikes? Does this tilt to allow the boot to open?

It does tilt to allow the boot to open. The small grey step / lip beneath where the number plate sits pushes down and you pull the carrier towards you. To fit 4 bikes you need an attachment that hangs over the front edge of the carrier. The standard set up is for 3 bikes (see the number of attachments hanging down from the 'A-frame' at the back of image.

Q: Does anyone know the difference between this one and the easy fold at about £569?
