It may be because I am hirsute and I realise that most of the reviewers on this product are probably not, as they are all ladies, however, after a month, I notice that they do get quite worn. I am fortunate in that I have been able to acquire some gel from work, which we use with patients to undertake medical tests (I purchase it from them), which extends the life of the pads for a week or so, but ultimately becomes a bit messy and so I purchase replacements.
