Has no sulphates and smells really nice. I change how long I leave it on for , 2 or 3 minutes if I want it just brighten my hair up and get rid of yellow, and about 9 mins if it's need more attention and makes lovely and ashy and changes the colour of my hair like a toner. It never dyes my hair purple tho, it would only do that if left it on for far too long. My hair is quite bleached blonde and I have ashy toner put on it and have it done at hairdressers and this shampoo just keeps it looking amazing. I use it when my hair needs it, so can vary, as the sun obviously changes blonde hair quite a bit so use more often in summer.
