Review: Linked governor to carb - It fit perfectly on a 1999 Brush Bandit chipper. I used this to link a governor to the carb throttle on a LRG-425 also known as a 2.5L industrial Ford engine). I did use bolt cutters to shorten the rod so it wouldn't hit the intake manifold on full throttle, and had to drill out the ball connector at the throttle lever so it could accept the cotter pin style that came with the rod. Also used bigger cotter pins instead of the smaller ones it came with.
