You start off by removing the yellow stopper which has a valve core removal tool, carefully you unscrew it and allow the air out the tyre and then place the tubing over the valve, you then squeeze the required amount inside the tyre and then replace the valve core and inflate to correct PSI. I use OKO on my tractors and it works great as sometimes they get punctured by a screw or nail in the farm yard. This time though, I needed a fix for my 2015 polaris ranger diesel UTV that is used for farm work so it sees a lot of off road use (and some on road) that had a slow puncture and this tyre sealant fixed it no problem, so it works also on older tyres and not just brand new ones as it says on the label. Have since put it in the other tyres to get peace of mind. This stuff just works and highly recommend it. Very clear instructions on the bottle on how to use including dosage rates for various hub/tyre sizes. Mine used 250 ml from the 1250 ml bottle, so I added another 250 ml to the other front tyre too. Whole process only took about 15 mins. The blackthorn puncture was successfully sealed by the fluid and tyre pressure was maintained.
