I needed a spare set of stones and usually find the ones for sale in the UK are really small and pretty light weight. These stones are pretty big, easily filling a mans palm. They could be used for placement and could be used as sacrum/belly stones. I also bought one of the sacrum/belly stones from the same supplier which was a few pounds more but it was the same size and weight as the cheaper X-Large massage stones so save your money and just buy a few of those instead (they are also excellent!) So I like to have stones in Pairs, so ordered 2 Large and 2 Medium stones. Really just because there were no dimensions provided on the listings, and nothing to scale the stones to.Medium Stones are being returned as they are tiny.One of the Large Stones is indeed Large - 9.8cm - which is great. The other however is 8cm - not so great! I would say this is Medium by comparison. I would actually like to keep both, but get another two the same sizes!
