We had inherited a copy that was missing many pieces (the arms that go “so big”, the bottle, the baby’s face was pretty torn) and still it was an all time favorite so I sprung for a new copy. This one does appear different - the original has a more plush cover and the colors are a bit off (see photo - the one on the right came from Amazon).
