Review: Really good stuff, but a little expensive. - Picture is of a bag, but this is in a little plastic resealable screw-top jar. This is convenient stuff: dissolve in the prescribed amount of water, rinse, and allow to dry - and your brewing (or other) equipment is sterilized. One of the main components is a percarbonate (similar to powdered oxyclean). Safe, effective, and sterilized by means of releasing oxygen (like peroxide). While it’s not as cheap as would be nice, it’s good stuff!

**Q: Is this shipped in the screw-top container, as shown in the picture?**
A: Now I have to look at my package size more closely. I ordered the screw top, but it came in a zippered pouch. I was very disappointed it was not in the container that one could easily use a measuring spoon for accurate measurements. I am already unhappy with the packaging...if I got a lesser amount than I paid for, I will be very vocal about it.

**Q: So this is a cleanser and sanitizer?  i won't need to clean then sanitize if i were to use this product?**
A: Hi, It’s only a cleanser, not a sanitizer.

**Q: How many portions per 8 OZ container?  Thank You.**
A: I'll be honest I don't know that exact amount you should use but I honestly didn't like it it left it film on my wine bottles cloudy and dirty looking I wasn't happy with their product at all I actually had to wash it with dish soap after I use that it just left slime all over my bottles

**Q: will this get rid of cloudiness on vitamix or blender containers?**
A: This product is a Sanitizer.  One Step sanitizer is a non-foaming brewer sanitizer used with any homebrew sanitizer equipment such as a carboy cleaner or a kegerator line cleaner.  One step sanitizer is formulated to be used as both a standard brewing cleaner and a final rinse solution.

Works great.. not hard on the skin. Cleaned well. One pouch will go a long ways. 1 teaspoon per gallon of water.
