Motor has a nice sound and fabric feeds beautifully. Button holes are wonderful. I have made a variety of types of button holes including on a single layer double faced synthetic fleece. The buttonhole stitch option I chose worked beautifully without any stabilizer or backing. Basic embroidery alphabet stitches nicely. I typically stick to basic stitch patterns that work with wovens and knits, but am enjoying the additional embroidery choices. The knee lift is perfect for freeing up hands and the foot peddle is a very well thought out design with cord securing features.
