Struggling to get it compact and back in the bag** A: Once the soft box is flat place your hands at opposite corners, with one hand facing up and the other down, now twist your hands over to reverse their orientation and at the same time such the then together. The soft box will collapse down, but remain under the tension of the spring metal frame, so keep a firm grip on it. Once it is in its collapsed state put it in its case/bag keeping compressed until the bag is closed. **Q: What are the chances of geting one without stains or marks on the diffuser? This seems to be a problem with this item.** A: I bought 2. Thanks** A: I assume you are referring to the tilt arms mentioned in a users review? If so then you may not need them as you can tilt the lights on the bracket they come with, but the soft box does limit the amount of tilt.
