This was so easy. Just marked the holes, drilled them, put the plugs in, tightened the screws, job done. The instructions are excellent, and so easy to read. They tell you exactly the size and type of drill bit you need.This thing is very strong. I am an 18st bodybuilder, and it comfortably holds my weight when i'm using the TBST in my home gym.
