Surprisingly sharp
I did a lot of research and found this one to be highly praised. I absolutely love this knife! It’s crazy sharp and it has a very nice weight to it when cutting and it’s a very convenient size. I also ordered an inexpensive set of Henkels and I’m very unimpressed and disappointed.

Really great knives. The set of three is all I need. They are visually appealing and also cut really well.

Super Sharp!
Wow. These seemed like really nice knives. Very sharp. Ergonomic, which is important. You don't want to slip, because you'd cut yourself easily. They seemed like professional grade knives. The Japanese have a reputation for excellent craftsmanship and since they were made with German steel, which is renowned for it's strength -- I thought these knives would last nearly a lifetime. Well...a little over two weeks and the chef's knife already has a crack in it. They are pretty, but as it turns out, not all that well made. I had originally recommended, but now I'm not so sure.
