Breville VST041 Deep Fill Sandwich Toaster and Waffle Plates

Like this. Had it about 4 months. Nice and small so easy to store. Easy to clean the hot plates in dishwasher and they are still good as new snd very non stick. Only moan would be that you are not supposed to lock the press when making waffles to allow the steam to escape and allow rising but until they start to expand as they cook the weight of the top press causes it to lock itself as the batter presents no resistance. I have to put a spatula between the two halves to prevent this which is a small but annoying design fault.

Mega Christmas hit with our family!!!! Delicious deep filled toasties and the interchangeable waffle plates are a treat. Very easy to clean and small to store.

Great little sandwich toaster and does the job

ConsThe sandwich toastie area is smaller than most bread slices. Need a small bread log to fit properly in there.Doesn’t quite seem as hot as our last toastie maker. Takes a little longer to toast the bread, which cause the bread to be a little crunchier than normal.ProsCrumpets come out lovely each time. Did see other comments as was a little worried, but all good so far.

I’ve loved this! I was sceptical of getting either a sandwich toaster or waffle maker but was persuaded by the interchangeable plates with the Breville. I’ve had it just over a week and it’s been used for breakfast waffles and lunchtime jaffles most days. Loved the Breville Aussie videos on YouTube too!

Well built. Perfect waffles and toasties every time. Recommend the luxury waffle recipe in the instruction manual.

Sarnies really nice but impossible to clean like every sandwich maker I’ve ever had non stick not the best
