They are cheap and broke. This was on the installed speaker and the unused backup in the box broke when I went to replace the speaker. I contacted the company and they did not provide and discontinued the product ad gave me no solution other than buying new speakers. Horrible customer service and cheap. Not worth the troubles created on replacing the entire system,. I will not buy another Pyle product and suggest any other brand. They leave you hanging.
