He is 16 . This is absolutely perfect for him and he is super happy with it . Appears to be well made . He was able to assemble with very little help from us . A great curl bench for a decent price . Overall happy with this purchase . ### ⭐ Waste of space and money. *by on Reviewed in the United States 9 January 2026* Seat is a bit too low even for a user under 6ft. The seat is wobbly. To avoid the wobble you must tighten the knob which then doesn't pull out well to change the hight of the seat. You will never be able to do a sissy squat because you cannot get low enough. The reviews overall for this equipment was on point. Useless. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Could have been better, hacksaw required *by on Reviewed in the United States 29 March 2025* It's basically functional, but not quite as good as I would have liked.-I am 6 foot tall, and even the lowest setting as it came was too supported to get an actual stretch in the sissy squat movement. I cut approximately 3 inches off the stand, and that solved the problem and now its much better. I can't imagine anyone less than 6'4 being able to use it out of the box-the preacher curl stand would be amazing in theory. its right there and where your arms go. however the design of where the stands for the curl bar is, should be moved WAY inward. they're in such a way that it manages to get in the way of the two core spots where you would either grab a curl bar close or wide grip. so the curl part is basically useless. That said, it was super easy to put together, it is well made and everything is as described. but prepare to get a hacksaw out if you want to use it for what it is intended to be unless you are tall as luka. ## Frequently Bought Together - SQUATZ Sissy Squat Machine, Foldable Squatting Bench for Home Office Gym Workout Station and Leg Press Exercise, Designed to Train Abs, Thighs, Multifunctional Equipment for Fitness and Training - Clout Fitness Olympic Barbell Clamps Collars Quick Release Pair of Locking Weight Clips Fit 2 Inch Barbell for Weightlifting - Olympic EZ Curl Barbell Bar 47", 2-Inch Curl Bar for Weight Lifting,Hip Thrusts,Squat,Biceps-Home Gym Weight Bar, Chrome Curling Bar for 2 Inch Weight Plates -2 Spring Collars(500lb Weight Capacity) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/542715799-squatz-sissy-squat-machine-foldable-squatting-bench-for-home-office](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/542715799-squatz-sissy-squat-machine-foldable-squatting-bench-for-home-office) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
