Hmmmm. However, after several months of sheer frustration with my naturally very curly/'frizzy', coloured, dry hair, I decided to try it. I looked everywhere in the UK to buy it but I could only find it on Amazon, from the US. And it answered my prayers - it is truly amazing! Not only is my hair squeaky clean, but the residual dye is fading (apparently 'naturally': it does not look orange, as suggested in some other reviews), AND it didn't need ANY conditioner. Unbelievable!(Only natural curly-heads will understand just how amazing that is!) I don't care that the postage is MORE than the product cost - it's worth it for the feeling of clean and healthy, natural looking, soft and untangled, hair. I've already ordered several more bottles to take with me on a seriously extended visit to India. (I'll leave out clothes in my luggage to make room for this; truly - it's worth every penny!)
