Arrived completely nonfunctional beyond turning its blue power light on. Tried using higher capacity power bricks (they include one small very cheap USB block), tried multiple games, tried multiple TVs, tried every combination of their settings. TVs detect that something is plugged in, but do not receive any video signal.
